Founder and Principal Coach
Carlee Wolfe is a career and leadership coach who works with accomplished professionals navigating transition – moments when what once worked no longer fits, and clarity is needed to move forward with intention.
Her coaching is shaped by more than 20 years in integrated global talent, leadership, and organizational development, combined with a lifelong connection to sport and performance. Carlee has supported leadership and culture work across complex organizations and understands firsthand the pressures, tradeoffs, and identity shifts that come with growth, change, and responsibility.
Known for her human-centered and grounded style, Carlee helps clients cut through noise, reconnect to what matters most, and make decisions they can stand behind. Her work is practical, reflective, and focused on forward motion – helping people move with clarity rather than urgency.
She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).

Sport has long shaped how Carlee thinks about performance, leadership, and resilience. Coaching within adaptive sport and high-performance environments deepened her belief in human potential, access, and the power of aligned effort – lessons she brings into every coaching engagement.
Through Ace & Arrow, Carlee partners with clients across every chapter of their careers: first roles, major pivots, leadership leaps, second acts, and entrepreneurial decisions. Her coaching style is direct, curious, and deeply supportive. Sessions are designed to create clarity, surface insight, and translate reflection into action.
